| 1. Using liquid crystal display numerically-controlled system, which can organize and store various heat-treating process program according to requirements for different workpiece. 2. High control precision and automaticity, good consistency of heat-treating workpiece quality. 3. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating. 4. Bed is welded by steel plate. It should be eliminated stress in total. 5. Cylindrical guide pillar--chromium plating and anticorrosive treating. 6. Stainless steel baffle-water proof and antimagnetic. 7. Heating, spraying water and time control are concentrated on machine control system. |
